The 2014-15 Premier League International Cup is the inaugural campaign of the Premier League's continental competition for the Under-21 age group. The format sees four groups of four teams at the initial group stage, with teams playing each other once before the top two in each group progress to the quarter-finals. All games will be played in England, including the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final.

There are 16 European sides involved in the Cup's debut season: Athletic Bilbao, Benfica, Borussia Monchengladbach, Celtic, Chelsea, Everton, Fulham, Leicester City, Manchester City, Norwich City, Porto, PSV Eindhoven, Schalke, Sunderland, Villarreal, West Ham

Group Stage

The 16 competing teams are split into four groups of four, with two English sides drawn into each group. The top two sides in each group after each side faces each other once will progress to the last eight. All group stage games will be played in England.

Quarter-Finals

The quarter-finals will comprise the top two sides from each group in a draw that will see the winners of Group A face the runners-up of Group B and the winners of Group B play the runners-up from Group A. Similarly, the winners of Group C will go up against the runners-up from Group D, while the winners of Group D will play the runners-up of Group C.
