Chris Regis

Chris Regis is a midfielder currently playing for Colchester United Under-21s.

Youth career

Chris joined Southampton from Arsenal in the summer of 2013. His two years as a scholar were largely hit by injury however, leading to his release in 2015, whereupon he joined Colchester United on a development contract.

International

Chris has represented England at Under-17 level.
