Guldbrandsen joined Ipswich as a 2nd year scholar in 2014, signing a 1 year scholarship followed by a 2 year professional deal which will keep him at Ipswich until 2017.

He had previously been at Lyngby and Denmark and trialled extensively at Ipswich and St Etienne in France.
