2021 European Under-21 Championship (Qualifying)

Qualification for the 2021 European Under-21 Championship in Hungary and Slovenia took part in a group stage format from March 2019 to November 2020. Originally there was due to be a playoff round but this was cancelled, meaning the nine group winners and five group runners-up with the best record against the teams first, third, fourth and fifth in their group qualify for the final tournament.
