Youth career

Max is a centre back who joined Manchester United in 2014. He was made a first year scholar for the 2016/17 season and in that same season he made his debut for both the Under-18 and Under-23 sides.

Max was diagnosed with cancer in 2018/19 and after successful treatment he returned to action in October 2019.

Max was on the bench for the First Team for the first time in November 2019.

Max joined Stalybridge Celtic on loan in January 2020.
