Youth career

Harrison joined Tottenham as an Under-10. The striker found the net 12 times in 24 appearances for the Under-18s during 2013-14. In the 2014-15 campaign Shayon impressed for Tottenham's Under-18 team, scoring 17 goals in 21 games including a hat-trick against Arsenal and a four-goal haul against Chelsea in the league. He started all six of Tottenham's FA Youth Cup ties, scoring twice against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Shayon also made a further seven appearances for the Under-21s during the campaign and netted his first goal at this level against Fulham.

Shayon started the 2015-16 campaign in Ugo Ehiogu's under-21 team. He played in the unfamiliar position of central midfield in the first game of the season, against Everton.
