Venancio is a winger who can play on either flank or if necessary, as a forward. He joined Manchester United in 2014 from [[Benfica]] after his family moved to England although he was also wanted by [[Manchester City]]. He made his first Under-18 appearance against [[Middlesbrough]] in December 2015 whilst still an Under-16.
