==Youth career==
Max is a centre back who joined Manchester United in 2014. He was made a first year scholar for the 2016/17 season and in that same season he made his debut for both the Under-18 and Under-23 sides.

Max was diagnosed with cancer in 2018/19 and after successful treatment he returned to action in October 2019.

Max was on the bench for the First Team for the first time in November 2019.

Max joined [[Stalybridge Celtic]] on loan in January 2020 and [[Kidderminster]] in October 2020 through until January 2021.
