Wolves had been playing Parry as a winger, often on the left, a position in which he looked very right-footed. Stoke switched him to the centre, and he seems to be doing well there.

Parry joined Wolves from Wrexham at the age of fourteen. At the end of his scholarship he was awarded his first professional contract, but subsequently was released and picked up by Stoke City. Wolves had been playing Parry as a winger, often on the left, a position in which he looked very right-footed. Stoke switched him to the centre, and he seemed to be doing well there, however at the end of the 2014-15 season he was again released.
