Kieran spent much of the 2013/14 season on a work experience loan at Trafford FC.
Kieran turned pro in the summer of 2014 but spent the majority of the 2014/15 season as an unused substitute and had to make-do with appearances in behind closed doors friendles. He finally made his Under-21 debut in the last game of the campaign.
On deadline day of the summer 2015 window, Kieran joined Morecambe on a one month loan deal. He followed that up by joining Stockport County on loan for a month at the end of November 2015.
