Youth career
Cullen signed a scholarship with West Ham in 2012 before signing a two year professional contract two years later. He extended it until the end of the 2017-18 season, after spending the second half of 2015/16 and first half of 2016/17 on loan at Bradford City.
International
Cullen has represented the Republic of Ireland up to U21 level.
