Amos joined Tottenham as an Under-9. The midfielder made twelve appearances for the Under-18s during 2013-14, he often filled in at full back due to injuries. In the 2014-15 campaign Luke impressed for Tottenham's Under-18 team, scoring three goals in twenty-six games. He started all six of Tottenham's FA Youth Cup ties and earned a call up to England's Under-18 squad in March 2015. Luke also made one start and a further three appearances for the Under-21s during the campaign.
