Youth career

Ronan was captain of the Greater Manchester U16 team which won the English Schools FA Inter County Trophy in 2014. They beat Lancashire 2-1 (aet) in the final at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena on Saturday 15 March 2014, with Connor assisting for both goals and being named man of the match. He was in the Rochdale youth set-up, but moved to Wolves in June 2014.
