Youth career
Ryan joined Liverpool as an Under-9 player. On 11 July, 2015, it was announced that the tricky midfielder would join Liverpool's first team on their pre-season tour of Thailand, Australia and Malaysia.
International
Ryan has represented England at Under-18 level.
