Youth career
Celina grew up in Norway, having arrived there aged two. His earliest team was Strømsgodset. He was offered a scholarship at Manchester City, and at the end of this signed a three-year professional contract.
International
He represented Norway at various youth levels, but switched to Kosovo for senior internationals and played one game for them. He subsequently expressed a desire to represent Albania instead, but to date he has only that one cap at senior level, for Kosovo.
