The 2015-16 Youth Cup is the 64th campaign of English football's premier cup competition at youth level. Chelsea are the defending champions.

First Round
Football League sides join the competition for the first time at the First Round stage as the 48 teams from League One and League Two join 32 winners from the Third Qualifying Round.
Second Round
Second round ties are due to be played by 21 November 2015.
Third Round
Third round ties are due to be played by 19 December 2015.
Fourth Round
Fourth round ties are due to be played by 16 January 2016.
Fifth Round
Fifth round ties are due to be played by 6 February 2016.
Sixth Round
Sixth round ties are due to be played by 27 February 2016.
Semi-Finals
The semi-final first-leg and second-leg ties have provisionally been pencilled in to be played by 19 March 2016 and 9 April 2016.
