2017 European Under-19 Championship

The 2017 European Under-19 Championship was hosted by Georgia from 2 July to 15 July and featured eight sides split into two groups. Teams faced each other once in the group stage before the top two sides in each group progressed to the semi-finals, with the winner of Group A facing the runner-up of Group B, and the winner of Group B going up against Group A's second-placed team.

Qualification

Qualification for the final tournament took part in two stages, with the initial qualifying round staged across September, October and November 2016 and the elite round of qualification being held across March 2017. The eight teams taking part are: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, England, Georgia, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden
