The 2013-14 Under-21 Premier League is the second campaign of the new top tier of the Professional Development League. Teams play each other once, either home or away, before the top four teams in the league progress to the Knockout Stage. Those clubs finishing in the top 11 will take part once again in the top tier in 2014-15, however the bottom 11 sides will split into a Division 2 next season.
