Youth career
Azzaoui joined Tottenham from Anderlecht in the summer of 2014. Ismail scored 9 goals in 18 games for Tottenham's Under-18 team and made 3 substitute appearances for the Under-21s during the 2014-15 campaign.

Azzaoui has earned 13 caps for the Belgium U17s, scoring 6 times.
