Youth career
Glen was part of the Liverpool U15 squad that finished third in the 2015 edition of the Dale Farm Milk Cup. He made his Under-18 debut on 15 August 2016, coming on as a substitute to score a late goal in a 4-0 victory over Blackburn.

Glen has represented the Republic of Ireland at U17 level.
