Baily joined the Leicester City academy as an Under-9 before moving to Southampton three years later. As an Under-13, he switched to Bournemouth.

Senior career

Cargill made his professional debut on loan at AFC Totton in November 2012. He has also had loan spells at Welling United, Torquay United and Coventry City.
