Youth career

Ben joined West Ham as an Under-13 before turning down a scholarship with the Hammers and signing for London rivals Arsenal ahead of the 2014-15 campaign. He made 14 appearances in his first year as a scholar, making his Under-19 UEFA Youth League as well.

Sheaf has represented England at Under-16 and Under-18 level.
