Playing career
Viveash had a long playing career at many clubs, including Swindon, Walsall and Reading.
Managerial career
He ended his playing career with a stint of two and a half seasons with Cirencester, and it was here, in May 2007, that he began as a manager. He was in charge for a season, then he resigned at the start of the next one and joined Chelsea's academy. In July 2011 Viveash became Under-18 team manager there, having worked his way up. Then in June 2014 he took over the Under-21s.
