Youth career
Declan joined Wolves at the U14 level. He has yet to be selected for a first-team competitive matchday squad, but Wolves have taken him on both of the last two pre-season fitness camps.
International
Declan has played for Wales at various age groups, including U19 and U21. He made his international U21 debut when he came off the bench at half-time in a UEFA U21 Championship match against Bulgaria on 31 March 2015.

Contract
He received his first professional contract in February 2014. Just over a year later Wolves announced that they had taken up their option on a second year.
