Youth career
International
Jack has represented England Under-16, Under-17, Under-19, Under-20 and Under-21 level. In the summer of 2012 he was part of the Great Britain side that participated in the London Olympic Games, playing in all five matches. He made his senior debut against Italy at the start of the 2012-13 season.
