Joshua Webb

Joshua Webb is a defender currently playing in Aston Villa’s Under-21 team.

Youth career

Joshua progressed steadily through the ranks at Villa before grabbing attention in the 2011-12 campaign as he featured regularly in the Under-19 NextGen Series competition, despite still only being 16. The following season, despite a four-month injury layoff, he played in the semi-final and final of the same competition as Villa claimed the European crown. He has been a regular with the Under-21s since.

International

Webb has represented England at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-18 level.

Joshua was victorious with the Under-19s in 2012-13 as they claimed the NextGen Series crown after a 2-0 final win over Chelsea.
