Lewis Thompson is a defender currently playing in Blackburn Rovers' Under-18 team.

Youth career

Lewis is a defender capable of playing as a fullback and a centre back. As an Under-15 he was an unused substitute for Manchester United's Under-18 side in the 2014/15 season and a year later, as an Under-16, he made his debut for them in the opening game of the 2015/16 season. He wasn't offered a scholarship and chose to join Blackburn Rovers for the 2016/17 season.

International

Lewis has represented England at Under-16 level.
