Youth career
Grimes came through the academy at Exeter before signing for Swansea as a 19-year-old in January 2015 for a fee reported to be £1.75m.
Senior career
He made his senior debut for Exeter City in a League Two game against AFC Wimbledon in August 2013. He made his Premier League debut as a substitute against Hull City in April 2015.
