Cameron made a further 11 starts for the Under-18 team and appeared on nine occasions for the Under-21s during the 2014-15 campaign. While still a first year scholar, Carter-Vickers was appointed captain of the Under-21s in March 2015. During the 2015-16 pre-season Cameron appeared for Tottenham's first team in behind-closed-doors friendlies against Brentford and Reading.
