Steve Gatting is currently in charge of Arsenal’s Under-21 team.
Playing career
Gatting started his career as a youngster at Arsenal in 1975 before going on to make 76 senior appearances for the Gunners. He spent the bulk of his playing days at Brighton & Hove Albion before finishing his career at Charlton Athletic.
Managerial career
Gatting became a coach after hanging up his boots and rejoined Arsenal as a youth team coach in the summer of 2007. He took on the role of Under-18s manager in October 2012 before progressing to take on the Under-21 job.
