The 2014-15 Under-21 Premier League Cup is the second campaign of the new knockout cup competition launched by the Premier League. 46 academies will take part in this season's competition, with Category 1 academies joining in the round of 32.

Qualifying Round 1

The first qualifying round features 11 Category 3 sides competing on a regional basis. Doncaster Rovers were awarded a bye to the second qualifying round due to the odd number of teams in the draw at this stage.

Qualifying Round 2

The second qualifying round sees the introduction of the 16 Category 2 academies, with sides once again competing on a regional basis. Crewe Alexandra and Queens Park Rangers both received byes to the Round of 32 due to the odd numbers in each region.

6 October 2014: Millwall 1-1 Colchester United (aet - Millwall won 6-5 on penalties)
6 October 2014: Ipswich Town 2-1 Swansea City

The draw for the last-32 will take place in the week-commencing 3 November 2014.
