The 2015-16 Under-21 Premier League Cup is the third campaign of the new knockout cup competition launched by the Premier League. 46 academies will take part in this season's competition, with Category 1 academies joining in the round of 32.

Qualifying Round 1
The first qualifying round features 11 Category 3 sides competing on a regional basis. Due to the odd number of teams at this stage, Peterborough United were awarded a bye to the second qualifying round.

The 12 qualifying round winners are joined by 19 Category 1 teams at this stage, with one Category 1 side receiving a bye to the last-16. The five Category 1 teams not taking part in the competition are Arsenal, Aston Villa, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham. Ties are due to be played by 23 November 2015.
