The 2015-16 Premier League International Cup is the second season of the Premier League's continental competition for the Under-21 age group. The format sees four groups of four teams at the initial group stage, with teams playing each other once before the top two in each group progress to the quarter-finals. All games will be played in England, including the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final.

Group Stage

The 16 competing teams are split into four groups of four, with two English sides drawn into each group. The top two sides in each group after each side faces each other once will progress to the last eight. All group stage games will be played in England.
