A neighbour spotted six-year-old Aaron doing kick-ups in his back garden and invited him to trial for a local team. The trial was a success, and from that club he went through several others before getting another trial, this time at Chelsea, when he was eleven. This too was a success, and he spent four years there. They switched him from an attacker to a defender. Although he enjoyed his time there he feels that he was written off a little easily following two injuries. To get over the injuries he got a personal trainer and did ballet and Tai Chi to build up his fitness. He joined Wolves when they offered him a scholarship, in 2013.
