A list of all U23 transfers (both permanent and loan) during the 2020 summer transfer window involving Category 1 or 2 clubs, Premier League or Championship clubs. Business started on 27 July and will run for 10 weeks, ending on 5 October. A domestic-only window will then follow until 16 October, during which time Premier League clubs can only trade with those in the EFL.
