Neil Dewsnip is the Under-18 team manager of England.

Playing career

Cooper spent most of his playing career at Wrexham before moving into coaching.

Managerial career

He worked as an academy coach at Everton for 17 years from 1986, overseeing the development of players like Wayne Rooney and Ross Barkley. In 2003, he accepted a role working for the FA as technical lead for the Under-17 to Under-21 England age groups. The role included leading the Under-18 age group and he took charge of the side that played in the Under-17 World Cup in 2015.
