Reece joined West Ham from Tottenham as an Under-13.

Senior career

Reece was named as a substitute for West Ham's first team as a 15-year-old in September 2014. In July 2015, he made his professional debut for the Hammers in a Europa League qualifying game, becoming the club's youngest ever player.
